As one of the first firms to practice IP with Climate Change, Rouse is at the forefront of this emerging area.

Fabrice Mattei heads the firm's Climate Change practice. We have expertise in areas of carbon market and footprint, regulatory proceedings, grid interconnections, emissions trading schemes, renewable energy, energy efficiency and technology transfers to adapt or mitigate to climate change.

We have participated and spoken to all UNFCCC's COPs on Climate Change since the COP 21 during which the Paris Agreement (PA) on Climate Change was adopted.
